Termites, carpenter ants, and fungal rot can destroy your investment. Spiders, ants, boxelder bugs, bed bugs, fleas, and other insects can interfere with your quality of life, not to mention destroy an otherwise perfect weekend! If you live at a distance from the main cities we service, ask about mileage charges when you call or email.

Perimeter Treatment start at $65 to $125

If you're concerned with wasps, spiders, earwigs, and other insects that invade periodically and prevent you from enjoying your deck, this is the right treatment for you. We treat your eaves, foundation, and all shrubs and ornamentals within 8 feet of your house. Any time of year is a good time to do it, but if you like scheduled appointments, we recommend April, June, and August.

In & Out Treatments start at $95 to $200

We'll treat your home inside and out, as well as treating crawl spaces for insects and spiders.

Perimeter + Landscape Treatment start around $90 to $200

All the benefits of the plan above as well as treating outlying shrubs, flowers, and trees. Start with a dormant spray in March, and treat every 8-12 weeks until late fall. The exact schedule will depend on your landscaping and individual needs. Remember-we'll tailor it to exactly what you need.

Bugs & Weeds: $ Depends

Sit back, relax, and we'll give you a calendar with a schedule for inside & outside treatments, as well as treating rock and bark beds for weeds, and fertilizing/weeding your lawns.

We're not a landscaping company. We don't pull weeds, de-thatch, aerate, or trim shrubs. We are experts in diagnosing problems, however, so it's natural that we'd also treat lawn fungal infections and weed problems.

Lawn Weeds start at $60 to $150

Depending on the size of your lawn, we can fertilize and weed many city lots for around $60. Or you can have us treat for weeds while we're spraying for insects for about $25 extra.

Weeds, Fungicide & Fertilizer usually cost $75 to $200

Again, it depends on the size of your yard, but we can give it all the help it needs against infections with special fungicides and fertilizers designed to promote greening, thickening, and growing. Herbicides for your weeds are also included in this package treatment.

Bark Beds & Rock Beds typically hit $60 to $300

The best time to treat for weeds is before they come up. In late fall and in late winter, we treat rock & bark beds for weeds with a preemergence, a chemical specially designed to prevent weed seeds from becoming weeds.

The long growing season we experience in the Inland Northwest often require 2 applications, one in February or March, and another in September or October. It isn't unusual to see weeds coming up in December. Because we stay fairly warm year-round, the chemicals available today tend to run out of oomph in 8-9 months.

Driveways & Gravel Sterilization are usually $75 to $200

Don't pull weeds out of your driveway or parking lot all year long. Sure it builds character, but it's boring!

February through April, and again in October through December. One application is often enough to get by, but if you really can't stand seeing green weeds in your driveway in November, two sprays is a better idea. Oh, and we'll give you a discount if you have it done twice in a year.

Diagnosis

Do you have moping maples? Listless locusts? Sick cypress? We usually swing by and diagnose your tree, lawn, or shrub problems for a nominal fee or free of charge.

If we can treat the problem, we'll probably waive the diagnosis fee.

If it's something we can't treat, or if we have to send samples to a lab, we might have to charge you a little sumpin-sumpin. We are a business, after all.

If something is bugging, biting, stinging, damaging, or otherwise harrassing you or your property, we can help you fix the situation.

Do yellow jackets dive-bomb you and your BBQ guests every year? What about boxelder bugs? Or spiders? We'll set you up with a program that meets your goals.

Fleas $85+

We can treat a small home for around $85 to $100. The amount of carpet, pets, and the size of your home will raise the price from there. Call for a specific quote before you itch yourself to death!

Cockroaches $125+ (apartments) and $150+ (homes)

Yep--we get them in this part of the country. The price is similar to fleas, because we'll employ an insect growth regulator to ensure that future hatchlings aren't able to reproduce. This one may require a couple visits, depending on the severity and source of the infestation.

Bed Bugs $150+ (apartments, dorms) and $200+ (homes)

The price starts at $125. We have been known to rid homes of bed bugs in just one visit. However, industry-wide surveys show multiple visits are often necessary, especially in multi-family dwellings. We're aware of all the current research, and we know which chemicals work, and which ones don't. We do successful bedbug treatments weekly, so you can count on our experience.

We treat land between 1 and 100 acres. The price is $60 to $100 per acre plus chemicals, depending on the acreage and the slope of the land you need treated.

Yellow Starthistle, Canada Thistle, etc.: $80 to $200 plus chemicals

Depending on the size of your land, we will treat with regular 2, 4-D mixtures or Milestone, which will do significantly better. Call for a quote.

Puncturevine: $60 to $200 plus chemicals

It will probably need at least 2 applications per year. We'll need to take a look to give you the best quote possible.

Cheatgrass: $70 to $200 plus chemicals

At the lowest rate, Oust will do a great job against cheatgrass and let desirable grasses live. Call us for a quote.

Kochia, Russian Thistle: $80 to $200 plus chemicals

These weeds are highly resistant to most preemergence chemicals, and will require extra post-emergence treatment.

How would you like to get sued by your neighbor?

Same here. We know exactly what chemicals can be used in which location and soil type. We'll recommend the best set of chemicals to do the job so neither of us gets sued.

We recommend either late fall or late winter application. Sandy soils around the area typically require follow-up visits in between, so don't expect a perfect, weed-free area.

Do expect a significantly weed-reduced area which is easy to maintain and doesn't look like an abandoned lot. You can also expect getting your money's worth.

Driveways, Parking Lots, Alleys: $75 and up

We treat gravel and soil lots for homeowners, realtors, landlords, and businesses who need to prevent weed and grass growth.

We are especially sensitive to the requirements around shrubs and trees, and nothing makes you less popular with the neighbors than chemical run-off.

Most patches up to 500 square yards can be treated for under $75.

If there is already dense weed growth, it may cost slightly more-we'll drive by and give you a quote for free if we can't give you one over the phone.

Keep in mind that even newer chemicals can't treat 100% of weeds. If complete weed and grass kill is the goal, we'll need to structure a plan accordingly. You can count on at least 75% less growth, however, and if you're dissatisfied with the service, give us a call--we'll make it right.

We treat hospitals, restaurants, grainaries, farms, ranches, nursing homes, grocery stores, convenience stores, retail stores, etc. We customize rodent and insect prevention to each individual customer.

We'll even meet with your managers and staff to address pesticide concerns and to coordinate everyone on your staff in an attempt to eliminate or reduce pests.

The setup fee is between $30 and $100 for rodent control, and the monthly fee for a 12-month contract depends on the size of your operation.

Plus, all your employees will receive 15% off all our services if you're a monthly customer! Some even offer this as part of their employees' bonus plans.

Inspection Services: $125 to $300

We can do a professional pest inspection on your place of business and give you a full write-up on problem areas, recommendations on process changes, and even give presentations to your staff. This is part of any serious integrated pest management (IPM) plan.

Restaurants: $65 to $85

Ants, cockroaches, mice, and other occasional invaders are usually included. One regular visit and at least one trouble call per month are included. If your cockroach problems are extreme, we may charge a little extra for extra visits. We can also treat your exterior landscaping.

Hotels & Motels: $75 to $325

Bed bugs, ants, spiders, and mice are the pests we are most frequently contacted about for the hospitality industry. The monthly control price depends on how many rooms you have, and we're happy to offer a free quote.

Grocery stores, clothing stores, convenience stores, and other establishments have unique pest control requirements.

We'll speak with you, your management team, and the entire staff, if you'd like, about the best way to reduce or eliminate pests from your place of business.

Farms, Ranches, Grainaries

Rodents, rodents, rodents. And some grain beetles, too. We'll put together a plan to replace bait in all the bait stations, clean out all the mouse & rat traps, and make sure everything is in working order.
